Restoring Lives Community Church (RLCC) is a ministry of the Church of God of Prophecy (CGP), a vibrant worldwide body of believers united in worship, working hand in hand to share God’s love and message of hope to the brokenhearted. We recognize the significance of eternity and are committed to leading people back to God, the One who restores love, hope, and purpose in their lives. The name Restoring Lives Church defines our mission: to cultivate a church community marked by genuine love and a commitment to walk in holiness, shaped by God’s grace. This is a journey; we grow together in faith as we fulfill the ongoing mission of Christ to the world.
The Church of God of Prophecy has more than 1.5 million members worshipping in 135 nations, with over 10,000 organized locations and 3,500 missions globally. CGP bases its beliefs on “the whole Bible rightly divided.” We accept the Bible as God’s Holy Word, inspired, inerrant, and infallible. We believe it is God’s written revelation to mankind and our guide in all matters of faith; therefore, we regard the Bible as our highest authority for doctrine, practice, organization, and discipline.
Meet Our Pastors
Pastor Neil & Pastor Lorraine
Pastor Neil and Pastor Lorraine joyfully bring over 25 years of faithful ministry experience, united by their love for God and a genuine passion for people.
Originally from Jamaica, Pastor Neil is known for his contagious love for the Lord and for others. A self-proclaimed “food connoisseur”, if you know, you know”—he brings a smile and warmth wherever he serves. His joy is unmistakable, especially on Sunday mornings when you’ll often hear his favorite declaration ringing out: “God is good all the time!”
Pastor Lorraine was born in Birmingham, England, and still enjoys her favorite cup of tea. She finds peace and joy in gardening, even though naming every plant in her garden is still a work in progress. Her faith journey is anchored in her favorite scripture:
“You will not be put to shame for trusting God” (Psalm 25:3).
As she reflects on her walk with the Lord, she is passionate about loving and encouraging others, confidently sharing that God never disappoints.
Together, Pastor Neil and Pastor Lorraine have faithfully served in ministry for more than two decades, leading with joy, humility, and unwavering faith. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Angel and Collin, and continue to serve with gratefulness to be part of God’s ongoing mission to the Zimmerman area.
